ABOUT THE AUTHOR

DR. KEAGAN BARRETT, DPT

Keagan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach who specializes in working with baseball athletes.

He built the Built to Throw program because too many athletes are doing arm care without a real structure. This plan gives them the foundation they need before progressing to more advanced training.
